摘　　要：论述中国大学学报在国家科技事业发展中的重要作用和所做出的贡献,指出目前大学学报在办刊过程中所遇到的某些困难;提出了创办具有中国特色并在国内外有较大影响的中国大学学报的一些思路。The important roles played by the natural science journals of Chinese universities and the contributions made by them in the development of sciences and technologies in China are briefly described. Some difficult problems existing in running the journals recently are also pointed out. A series of trains of thoughts are proposed for running the natural science journals of Chinese universities with Chinese characteristics, which will have much greater influence at home and abroad.
