摘  要:面对期刊出版领域实施的精品战略,分析中华护理杂志的优势及差距,提出办精品期刊、培育中国护理名刊的对策,即:抓策划,重视期刊总体策划和选题策划工作;抓质量,克服浮躁心态和粗疏作风;抓服务,树立读者意识,提高信誉度;抓管理,注重制度的建立与创新;抓编辑部内部文化建设,保证名刊事业的可持续发展。In compliance with the strategy of 'being superior' in the journal publishing field, corresponding measures are made by the Editorial Department of Chinese Journal of Nursing to produce superior and brand-name journal on the basis of analyzing the present advantages and disadvantages of the journal. Focuses are set on such aspects as design, i. e. the overall design and topic selection; the quality, i. e. to avoid flippancy and carelessness; services, i. e. reader-oriented consciousness and reputation enhancement; management, i.e. to create good mechanism; and internal structuring of the editorial office to ensure sustained business development.
