摘　　要：使用统计的研究方法,通过理论分析,得到了简化了的Walfisch-Ikegami模型。与原Walfisch-Ikegami模型相比,简化后导致的误差很小,大大提高了其实用性。A simple and universal Walfisch-Ikegami model is preasented on this paper. It is obtained by analysising the Walfisch-Ikegami model by statistical. Compare with Walfisch-Ikegami model, the universal Walfisch-Ikegami model is very simple with low errors and the practicability is improved.
