摘  要:研究了SC27微生物土壤增肥剂对巨峰葡萄生长、产量及果实品质等方面的影响.结果表明,SC27能明显促进葡萄生长,提高产量,经SC27525mL/hm2和1050mL/hm23次处理的葡萄,增产率分别为10.1%和22.0%.并能明显改善葡萄果实的品质,增加果实中的可溶性固形物、维生素C及总糖含量,降低总酸度,提高糖酸比和固酸比.根据试验结果,SC27的施用效果以1050mL/hm23次处理为佳.The effects of SC27 microbial soil fertility intensifier on growth, yield and quality of 'Kyoho' grapevines were studied. It was shown that growth of grapevines was promoted and fruit yield per unit area was increased by 10.1%22.0% as a consequence of SC27 application. In addition, SC27 apparently improved grape quality due to increased amount of soluble solid substances, higher vitamin C and total sugar content, as well as higher sugar to acid ratio and soluble solid substance to acid ratio. According to our experimental results, the optimal dosage of SC27 for grapevines was 1050 mL/hm2 repeatedly applied 3 times during one growth period.
