摘　　要：以液压支柱顶盖模具的设计及虚拟加工为例,介绍了运用UG在建模模块中设计出模具模型,运用cimatron设置加工参数以实现自动编程,最后把生成的NC程序导入仿真软件进行虚拟加工。An example of the design and Machining Simulation of Hydraulic pillars cover mold and it introduces how to design mold by UG software,manufacture parameters are set and self-programming is realized by cimatron.Import the NC processing program of generation into simulation soft to achieve machining simulation,in the end the advantages of the software combination are analyzed.
