视频监控与编码技术的研究

摘　　要：近年来,微电子器件、DSP技术、计算机、通信网等相关技术的不断进步,大量频繁的视频信息的交流和存贮带来许多新的问题,数据通信,特别是数字视频技术进入新的发展阶段。本文对现代数字视频若干关键基础技术及发展进行综述。论文首先指出,符合国际标准的视频编码及相关技术仍是研究热点;其次,数字视频的多样化获取方式、视频格式的相互兼容和转换以及计算机动画也极具发现前景;此外,数字视频非话业务的信息传递和交流日益成为通信的主要内容。With the progress of microelectronic devices, DSP, computers, communication networks and other related technologies, lots of frequent exchanges and storage of video information bring about many new problems. Data communication, especially the digital video technology, has entered into a new stage. In this paper, the author reviews several key foundations of modern digital video technologies. Firstly, it is pointed out in this paper that video coding and related technology is still a hot topic. Secondly, the diverse acquisition mode of digital video, the video format compatibility and conversion as well as computer animation are all promising fields. In addition, digital video non-words transmission of information and communication services is increasingly becoming the main part of the communication.
