摘  要:在5~35℃范围内的7个恒温下测定了竹梢凸唇斑蚜Takecallistaiwanus(Takahashi)的发育、存活和生殖情况.温度对竹梢凸唇斑蚜的发育速率、存活率、寿命、生殖力和生殖率都有直接的影响.在5~30℃范围内,该蚜虫均能存活和产仔,成蚜产仔数以16℃时最高.平均世代长度随温度升高而缩短,5℃时为54d,30℃时为9d.成虫寿命10℃时最长(33d),高于或低于该温度时,随温度升高或降低而缩短.在25℃下,若蚜发育历期和种群倍增时间最短,内禀增长力最大.但在35℃下,若蚜不能完成发育.The development, survival and reproduction of Takecallis taiwanus (Takahashi) (Homoptera: Callaphidiae) were determined under seven constant temperatures ranging from 5 ℃ to 35 ℃ Temperature affected the development rate, survivorship and lifespan, fecundity and reproductive rate of T taiwanusThe aphids could survive and reproduce over a range from 5 ℃ up to 30 ℃, with maximum fecundity at about 16 ℃. Mean generation time decreased from 54 days at 5 ℃ to 9 days 30 ℃ Adult longevity was longest (33 days) at 10 ℃ and was shortened at temperature below or above 10 ℃. Development and doubling times were shortest, and intrinsic rate of increase highest at 25 ℃ No nymph could survive up to the adult stage at 35 ℃
