摘　　要：报告60例阵发性室上性心动过速病人心内电生理检查结果。分析各种PSVT的发生率并探讨AVNRT与AVRT鉴别以及房室结传导加速等问题。60 cases with PSVT were examined by intracardiac electrophysiologic method, 20 cases were proved to be WPW and AVRT was induced during examination in 19 of them. 26 cases were proved to have dual pathway in AV-node and AVNRT of slow-fast type was induced during examination in 17 of them. The differential diagnosis of AVRT and AVNRT, and the mechanism of increasing conductivity of AV-node were discussed.
