原发性高血压患者红细胞SOD与血清LPO及血液流变学的关系初探

摘　　要：本文观察了74例原发性高血压患者红细胞内SOD、血清LPO、高切率及低切率全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、HT、ESR水平及其相互关系,并与46例正常人作对照,结果发现:患者血LPO、高切率及低切率全血比粘度、血浆比粘度均显著增高,SOD显著降低。SOD与高切率及低切率全血比粘度呈显著负相关,与LPO也呈显著负相关。老年组SOD值显著低于老年前期组,LPO值显著高于老年前期组。SOD及LPO在男女间无显著差异。提示原发性高血压中SOD、LPO及血液流变学的改变在其病理生理过程中有协同作用。The values of SOD in erythrocyte, serum LPO, whole blood relative viscosity (WBRV), plasma relative viscosity (PRV), HT and ESR have been measured in 74 cases of essential hypertension and 46 normal subjects. The results showed: The mean values of LPO, WBRV, PRV of patients with essential hypertension were significantly higher than those of mormal subject, but the mean valus of SOD was lower (P<0.01). SOD was negatively correlated with WBRV and LPO (r=-0.282, P<0.05 and r=-0.46, P< 0.01,respectively). As the age increased, the value of the SOD was decreased but'the values of LPO was increased. The.values of SOD and LPO were not significantly different between, male and female. All these indicated that in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension, the effects of SOD, LPO, and blood viscosity were cooperative.
