人体蠕形螨感染调查与分析

摘　　要：目的　了解人体蠕形螨感染情况及其影响因素。方法　采用随机方法对北京市丰台区部分人群进行感染调查 ,用透明胶带粘贴法检查螨虫 ,并就年龄、性别、职业和皮肤状况等进行问卷调查 ,采用多因素Logistic回归分析提取主要相关因素。结果　人群蠕形螨感染率为 2 1.98% ( 2 73 /12 42 ) ,男性感染率为 2 1.0 3 % ( 114 /5 42 ) ,女性为 2 2 .61%( 15 6/690 ) ;感染虫种以毛囊蠕形螨为多 ,占 69.60 % ,皮脂蠕形螨占 19.80 % ,混合感染占 10 .60 %。感染率主要与年龄相关。结论　人群蠕形螨感染较为普遍 ,感染虫种以毛囊蠕形螨为主。Objective To investigate the prevalence of D.folliculorum and D.brevis and to explore the relative host factors.Methods The survey was conducted in 1 242 individuals in Fengtai district of Beijing city.The mites were examined with adhesive cellophane tape technique.Results The infection rate was 21.98% ( 273/ 1 242 ) in total cases, 21.03% (114/542) in male and 22.61 %(156/690) in female. 69.60% percent of total positive cases showed D.folliculorum only, 19.80% showed D.brevis and 10.60% showed both species.The infection rate was correlated with the age.Conclusion The infection of mites was prevalent, and D.folliculorum was the major.The infection rate was correlated with the age.
