摘　　要：在全球人口老龄化的背景下,劳动力健康问题的研究备受关注。本文利用2012年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据,详细描述了中国劳动力的健康状况。简单相关分析发现,诸如性别、年龄层、户口性质、地区、受教育程度、从业状态、健康习惯、职业危害的接触情况、岗前职业健康培训、体检等因素皆与劳动力健康自评相关;然而,利用Logistic回归模型在统计控制之下综合分析的结果显示,中国劳动力的健康状况仅在年龄层、户口性质、受教育程度、从业状态、职业危害的接触情况及岗前职业健康培训情况方面存在显著差异,并且上述因素对不同年龄层劳动力健康状况的区分模式并不一致,这种区分模式的差异对改善不同年龄层劳动力的健康状况有一定的启示意义。The study of labor health status is highly concerned in the background of the aging of global population. The health status of Chinese labor is described detailed in this paper with CLDS in 2012. By simple correlation analysis,it is showed that the self evaluation in health status is related with many factors,such as sex,age,household register properties,region, the level of education,employment status, healthy habits, contact status of occupation hazards, the preoccupation health training and physical examination. However,it is showed that there are significant differences among age hierarchies,household register properties,the level of education,employment status,contact status of occupation hazards,the pre-occupation health training from the results of Logistic regression model with comprehensive analysis by statistical control in Chinese labor health status. Furthermore,the distinguished mode of the referred factors to health status of the different age group is different. This difference may be conductive for improving health status of the different age group labor force.
