摘  要:Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and ultravioletvisible spectroscopy(UV) were used to study cerium amino acid complexes.The amino acids are Phenylananine,Histidine,Serine,Threonine and Glutamicacid.These amino acids can coordinate with cerium ion(Ⅳ) to form complexes at near neutral condition(pH=7).At the same time,the denaturing ployacrylamidegel electrophoresissilver dye method was used to analyze the hydrolysis of 26mers oligodeoxyribonucleotide by cerium amino acid complexes around the neutral condition(pH=7).The results show that these cerium amino acid complexes can cleavage DNA at different degree.We also analyze the possible mechanism of the different hydrolysis effects.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and ultravioletvisible spectroscopy(UV) were used to study cerium amino acid complexes.The amino acids are Phenylananine,Histidine,Serine,Threonine and Glutamicacid.These amino acids can coordinate with cerium ion(Ⅳ) to form complexes at near neutral condition(pH=7).At the same time,the denaturing ployacrylamidegel electrophoresissilver dye method was used to analyze the hydrolysis of 26mers oligodeoxyribonucleotide by cerium amino acid complexes around the neutral condition(pH=7).The results show that these cerium amino acid complexes can cleavage DNA at different degree.We also analyze the possible mechanism of the different hydrolysis effects.
