摘  要:1H1,2,4-triazole derivatives,owing to their extensive uses in pharmaceutical synthesis, four 5substituted1H1,2,4triazoles were prepared with 5amino1H1,2,4triazole3carboxylic acid through diazotization and Sandmeyer reaction.Their structures were characterized by IR,UV,1H NMR and MS.1H1,2,4-triazole derivatives,owing to their extensive uses in pharmaceutical synthesis, four 5substituted1H1,2,4triazoles were prepared with 5amino1H1,2,4triazole3carboxylic acid through diazotization and Sandmeyer reaction.Their structures were characterized by IR,UV,1H NMR and MS.
