摘 要:目的 观察冬虫夏草 (虫草 )抗疲劳作用并探讨其机制。方法 小鼠随机分为运动对照组和虫草低、高剂量组。虫草组每天虫草混悬液灌胃 ,对照组给予等量生理盐水。 14天后 ,观察小鼠的负重游泳时间和常压耐缺氧时间 ,并测定小鼠血清乳酸浓度、糖原含量、肌红蛋白 (Mb)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 与对照组比较 ,虫草组的负重游泳时间和常压耐缺氧时间均显著延长 (P <0 .0 1) ;LDH活力增高 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;糖原贮备增加 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;Mb和MDA含量降低明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 虫草具有增强小鼠运动能力和抗疲劳作用 ,其机制可能与虫草增加能源和氧储备及抗氧化有关。Objective To observe the antifatigue effect of Cordyceps sinensis (Sacc), and to investigate its mechanism. Methods The mice were divided randomly into three groups: control group, low dose Sacc group and high dose Sacc group. In Sacc group mice were fed with Sacc, in control group mice were fed with the same amount of physiological saline.14 days later, the swiming time of loading mice and hypoxia bearing time under normal atmospheric pressure were observed,and the concentration of lactic acid in serum, the contents of myoglobin (Mb) and malondialdehyde(MDA),and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were determined.Results Compared with control group,both the swimming time of loading mice and hypoxia bearing time prolonged significantly ( P <0.01); activity of LDH increased markedly ( P <0.05 or 0.01); contents of Mb and MDA decreased distinctly ( P <0.01). Conclusion Sacc can increase moving capability of mice,and has antifatique effect.The mechanism may be that Sacc can increase storage of energy and oxygen, and has antioxygenative effect.
