摘　　要：目的 :探讨综合性康复医疗对老年高血压的疗效。方法 :指导综合性康复医疗组 (康复组 )改变不合理生活方式和饮食结构 ,限盐、限酒、戒烟、减重、医疗体育、心理调节及合理用药等与传统疗养组 (传统组 )对比观察血压均值及危险因素控制情况。结果 :观察 1个月后 ,2组血压的均值均降低 ,康复组血压下降更显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,体重指数降低 0 4kg/m2 ,摄盐、饮酒、吸烟量分别减少 2 2 7%、37 1%、4 1 8% (P <0 .0 1)。血脂、血糖略降低。结论 :综合性康复医疗提高老年高血压病的控制率和降低住院率 ,改变了不合理的用药方式。Objective: To observe the effect of the integrated rehabilitation on aged hypertension. Methods: 374 patients with aged hypertension were divided into two groups. In the group Ⅱ the patients were subjected to the integratel rehabilitation therapy, the unreasonable living manner and diet were adjusted, assimilate of salt, alcohol, cigarette were limited, physical culture, psychological adjustment and suitable drugs were given. The patients in the group Ⅰ were subjected to the traditional therapy. The blood pressure and risk factors were investigated. Results: The reduction of average blood pressure in the group Ⅱ was more obviously than in group I (P<0.05). In the group II, weight index was reduced to 0.4 kg/m 2, the amount of salt uptake, alcohol drinking, cigarette smoking was decreased by 25.7 %, 37.1 % and 41.8 % (P<0.01) respectively. The blood lipid and blood sugar were decreased slightly. Conclusion: The integrated rehabilitation therapy can reduce the level of blood pressure and the rate of hospital admission, and change the unreasonable manner of medicinal administration.
