摘　　要：目的 :观察氦氖激光照射治疗皮肤感染的疗效。方法 :179例皮肤感染患者分为 2组 ,对照组 6 9例采用口服多西环素和外涂药物治疗 ;激光组 110例采用药物治疗的同时配合氦氖激光皮损处局部照射。治疗 15d后对 2组疗效进行评定。结果 :激光组治愈率显著高于对照组 (χ2 =18.0 2 16 ,P <0 .0 1) ,有效率亦显著高于对照组(χ2 =17.84 16 ,P <0 .0 1) ;痊愈平均时间明显短于对照组 (t=1.9835 ,P <0 .0 1) .结论 :氦氖激光局部照射治疗皮肤感染疗效显著 ,疗程短、无痛苦及副作用。Objective: To observe the curative effect of He-Ne laser in the treatment of skin infection. Methods:179 patients with skin infection were divided into two groups: laser group (110 cases) receiving He-Ne laser radiation besides drug treatment and control group (69 cases) receiving local debridement and oral antiauxins. The curative effects within 15 days were compared. Results:In the laser group, the cured rates and effective rates were significantly higher, and the recovery time was obviously shorter than in control group (χ 2=18.0126, 17.8416, t=1.9835, respectively, all P<0.01). Conclusion: In the treatment of skin infections, the application of He-Ne laser radiation can effectively short the course.
