摘　　要：A new kind of separation system for needle valves and needle valve bodies,which is based on a pneumatic sensor and a one chip microcomputer,is presented in this paper. The one chip microcomputer is used for data processing and separating control. The operating principle of the system and its hardware and software are described. It is proved that this system has a simple circuit,a high separation speed,high precision and practical applicability.A new kind of separation system for needle valves and needle valve bodies,which is based on a pneumatic sensor and a one chip microcomputer,is presented in this paper.
