摘 要:用KCl、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和氯化胆碱进行了墨西哥湾扇贝 (Argopectenirradiansconcentricus)幼虫变态的诱导作用实验。结果表明 ,KCl、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和氯化胆碱对墨西哥湾扇贝幼虫变态均有显著诱导作用。KCl在处理时间为 1 2~ 48h范围内均有诱导作用 ,1 3 42mmol L和 2 0 1 3mmol L的KCl诱导效果较好 ,变态率均提高 1 0 %以上。 1 0~ 5 0 μmol L的肾上腺素在处理时间为 1~ 1 2h较适宜 ,此时变态率均提高 1 0 %以上。 1 0~ 5 0 μmol L的去甲肾上腺素在处理时间为 1~ 2 4h都较适宜 ,变态率均提高 1 0 %以上 ,最高可提高 3 1 0 7%。 1 0~ 1 0 0 μmol L氯化胆碱的适宜诱导时间为 1 2~ 48h,变态提高率均超过 1 0 % ,在 1 0 3 7%~ 1 6 40 %之间。 1 0 0 0 μmol L的氯化胆碱在处理时间为 1 2h时诱导效果较明显 ,变态率可以提高 1 9 1 4% ,超过 1 2h ,变态率明显下降。 1 0 0 0 0 μmol L的氯化胆碱明显产生毒害作用 ,幼虫变态率均为零 ,而幼虫的死亡率均为 1 0 0 %。The induction of metamorphosis of larvae of the southern bay scallop Argopecten irradians concentricus by KCl, epinephrine (EPI), norepinephrine (NE) and choline chloride were studied. The results suggest that KCl, EPI, NE and choline chloride are all active inducers of metamorphosis and the concentrations and duration of exposure to these compounds affect their inductive effect. KCl can increase metamorphosis at all concentrations (6 71-33 56?mmol/L) and durations of exposure (12-48?h). When exposed to 13 42?mmol/L and 20 13?mmol/L KCl for 12-48?h, percentage metamorphosis increments were all >10%. The better inductive effect of EPI was archived at 1 0-50?μmol/L and an exposure duration of 1-12?h, which resulted in percentage metamorphosis increments >10%. The optimal induction doses of NE were 1 0-50?μmol/L and the optimum exposure duration was 1-24?h, giving percentage metamorphosis increments >10% and the highest percentage metamorphosis increment of 31 07%. The percentage metamorphosis increment of choline chloride did not vary significantly with duration of exposure from 12-48?h at 10-100?μmol/L (10 37%-16 40%). Exposure to 1?000?μmol/L choline chloride for 12?h was sufficient to increase metamorphosis by 19 14%, but metamorphosis decreased significantly if larvae were exposed for >12?h. Choline chloride was toxic at 10?000?μmol/L, causing 0 metamorphosis and 100% mortality.
