高效液相色谱法测定咪·三氟水剂中咪草烟和三氟羧草醚的含量

摘　　要：本文报道了采用高效液相色谱法同时测定咪·三氟水剂中咪草烟和三氟羧草的方法 ,采用C18不锈钢柱 ,流动相乙腈∶水 (75∶2 5 ) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm ,咪草烟和三氟羧草醚平均回收率分别为 98 5 %～10 0 2 %和 99 4 %～ 10 0 2 % ,标准偏差分别为 0 10和 0 2 3,线性相关系数分别为 2 4 7%和 1 0 7%。该方法准确、方便。A hign performance chromatographic method for determination of Acifluorfen and Imazethapyr has been established on a C 18 stainless steel column,with the mobilephase of acetonitrile-water(75:25 V/V),and UV detection at 254nm.The results showed that average recovery of acifluorfen and imazethapyr were 99.4%～100.2% and 98.5%～100.2%,standard deviation of them were 0.1 and 0.23,variation coefficient of them were 2.47% and 1.07% respectirely.This method was simple and acurately.
