摘  要:为了使飞行器可靠性指标的计算模型更符合实际结构,采用合成梁元与加筋板格元(SP)来模拟飞行器三维空间结构.同时考虑材料的强度、梁元件截面积、板元件厚度和外载荷均为随机变量,推导了结构节点位移对随机变量导数的公式,并应用随机有限元、结构可靠性基本理论进行了结构可靠性分析.最后采用Visual Fortran编制了相应的软件,对某飞行器翼盒结构进行了计算,结果表明该方法对飞行器结构可靠性分析具有重要的作用.In order to keep the model used for the calculation of aircraft reliability closer to aircraft structures, complex girder elements and SP panel elements were used to model three-dimension spatial structures of aircraft. Considering that material strength, girder section area, panel thickness and external loads are stochastic variables, a formula has been deduced for nodal displacements to stochastic variables. Stochastic finite elements and structural reliability principle were used to evaluate the reliability of structure systems. Software has been developed using Visual Fortran to calculate the wing box structure of an aircraft. The results show that this method is very useful for the aircraft structural reliability analysis.
