摘  要:鉴于河流健康评估涉及庞杂的河流特征空间分布信息、广布式管理环境的特点,构建了基于WebGIS的具有多层结构的河流健康评估系统。基于MapABC平台,以Oracle作为后台数据库,采用Flex界面开发模式构建B/S架构模式的信息交互平台,实现了网上数字地图的处理与传送、多层级评估与诊断、信息查询与分析等相应功能,并结合具体实例阐述了其在河流健康评估实践中的应用及适应性。Rapid assessment of river health is important to river management and restoration work. Current assessment of river health involves complicated data from multiple river characteristics in geospatial information, and these sources are derived from multiple departments and fields of river management. In view of this, based on technical advantages of WebGIS, an assessment system of river health with multi-level structure was put forward in this paper. On the basis of the platform of Map ABC, the Brower / Server computing model was contracted, combining with Oracle database and Flex interface. With an evaluation example of Anciet Canal in Zhenjiang city, the system was explored with the comprehensive functions, such as online processing and transmission of digital maps, multi-level assessment and diagnosis, information query and analysis, etc. The system is helpful to improve the informatization level on evaluation and management of river health.
