用小鼠复制仔猪水肿病的模型试验

摘　　要：以幼鼠和成年鼠为试验动物 ,分别经腹腔注射细菌或外毒素。试验结果表明 ,注射细菌后能够导致成年鼠死亡的最小细菌数为 2×1 0 10 ,成年鼠注射细菌后 1 2～ 96 h死亡 ,剖检死亡鼠可见皮下、淋巴结、肝、脾和肺脏出血 ,十二指肠和胃壁水肿。幼鼠注射细菌后 1 2～ 48h死亡 ,导致幼鼠死亡的最小细菌数为 3× 1 0 9,死亡鼠剖检结果与成年鼠相同 ;注射外毒素后 ,成年鼠出现典型的神经症状 ,最后死亡。致成年鼠死亡的毒素最小剂量为 1 m L,注射外毒素后 1 2～2 8h死亡。剖检死亡鼠可见皮下胶冻样水肿 ,皮下淋巴结出血水肿 ,脏器表面多汁 ,胃肠壁水肿 ,十二指肠和胃底壁尤其严重 ,积聚大量黄色黏稠液体。幼鼠注射外毒素后 4～ 2 8h死亡 ,其神经症状和死亡剖检结果与成年鼠基本相同 ,水肿病变更典型。本研究结果表明 ,细菌外毒素是引起水肿病的关键性因子 。The exotoxin or enterotoxigenic E.coli that can cause edema disease (ED) in weaned pigs was injected to weaned or adult mouse's abdominal cavity respectively. The results showed that the number is 2×10 10of minimum bacterium which can cause adult mouse death in 12~96 h, and the number is 3×10 9 minimum bacterium number which can cause weaned mouse death in 12~48 h,and with tissues of lymph node, liver, spleen, lung, intestine, stomach wall and subcutaneous tissue can be seen he morrhage and edema in all lethal weaned or adult mouse. After injected exotoxin, adult mouse showed typical neural syndromes and died in 12~28 h,and so do weaned mouse in 4~28 h.As compared with those death mouse caused by bacterium,the death mouse caused by exotoxin showed more typical edema. The results indicated that the bacteria exotoxin is the key factor that cause mouse edema.
