摘　　要：数字参考服务是数字图书馆建设的重要内容。本文分析了国内外数字参考服务的现状 ,着重探讨了数字参考服务的主要形式和我国数字参考服务的存在问题。Digital reference service becomes an important content of digital library construction.This paper analyzes the development of digital reference service in foreign countries and in China,then discusses the types and existing problems of digital reference service in China.
