摘　　要：指出等价干工况不是一个真实的工况 ,从理论上证明它是一个数学意义上的工况 ,它之所以能按干工况处理是因为在数学表达形式上与干工况完全相同。Points out that the equivalent dry cooling operating condition is not a real operating condition. Through the theoretic analysis, proves that the equivalent dry cooling condition can be treated as a dry cooling condition because the mathematical expression of it is the same as that of the real dry cooling condition.
