5—FU术前处理对前列腺血管影响的形态定量学研究

摘　　要：对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后60例标本(30例术前应用5—FU,30例为对照组)进行病理学观察,着重用形态定量分析方法研究两组前列腺组织中血管的变化。发现5—FU组的血管密度和血管截面积指数均比对照组减少,两组间差异有显著性。从而找出了5—FU术前处理所以能使TURP术中出血减少的原因。Sixty cases of resected prostate by transurethral prostatectomy (TURP) were studied histomorphometrically. They were divided into 2 groups, the control and 5—FU group. The results showed that the density and area index of blood vessels were significantly more decreased in the 5—FU group than in the control group (P<0.01), which probably accounts for intraoperative less bleeding from 5—FU group.
