摘  要:在室内用平皿孢子萌发法测定了施宝灵、多菌灵及二者不同配比的混剂对稻瘟病菌的抑制作用。结果表明,施宝灵与多菌灵的混配组合 和组合 能够抑制稻瘟病菌孢子萌发,与单剂施宝灵和多菌灵相比,分别具有显著增效作用和相加作用。这两个混配组合对稻瘟病菌的共毒系数分别为1462.23和116.43,EC50值分别为3.69μg/ml和193.72μg/ml,施宝灵和多菌灵的EC50值是40.69μg/ml和89.67μg/ml。试验证明,6%的丙·多混剂 增效作用明显,为最佳配比。Albendazole, Carbendazin and their mixtures, which were made by mixing up the two fungicides according to different proportions, have been tested on inhibition to Pyricularia oryzae in the laboratory. The results show that proportionⅠand Ⅱ can inhibit the germination of conidia, and have notable synergistic effect and additive effect compared with albendazole and carbendazin. The CTC of two mixtures to Pyricularia oryzae are 1462.23 and 116.43 respectively. The EC50 value of the two mixtures is 3.69μg/ml and 193.72μg/ml, while the EC50 of albendazole is 40.69μg/ml and of carbendazin is 89.67μg/ml. The results suggest that the mixture Ⅰhas a notable effect to Pyricularia oryzae and is the best mixing proportion.
