摘  要:本试验以12号和35号两个菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris L.)品种为材料,研究其萌发种子和幼苗中各个部分多胺氧化酶(PAO)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性变化。结果表明,吸胀而未萌发的两个菜豆品种均无PAO活性,直至吸胀后2d才检测到活性:在两个菜豆品种的种子萌发过程中,子叶及胚芽(或初生叶)均存在较高的PAO活性,且两个菜豆品种的各部分的POD活性均高于PAO活性:菜豆种子萌发及幼苗生长过程中,PAO活性主要分布在胚芽、子叶及初生叶(含顶芽)中,而在胚根和胚轴中一直测不到活性。另外,在本试验中还观察到,两个菜豆品种萌发生长过程中PAO活性高低与种子活力相关,PAO活性高则种子活力也高。The changes of the activity of polyamine oxidase (PAO) and peroxidase (POD) in the germinating seeds and primary seedlings of two kidney bean cultivars (No. 12 and No. 35) were investigated in the present paper. No PAO activity could be detected until two days later after socking. Both cultivars had high PAO activity in the cotyledon and plumule (or primary leaves) during germination, and the activity of POD was higher than that of PAO. The PAO activity mainly distributed in the plumule, cotyledon, but no PAO could be detected in radicle or embryonic axis at all times. In addition, It was found that the PAO activity was closely related to the seed vigor index during germination, namely the higher the PAO activity, the higher the vigor index of seeds.
