摘　　要：入世近两年来,随着外资银行大举来华,中国银行业的竞争呈现出许多新特点。中资银行在市场份额,资产流动性,业务领域都发生了很多微妙的变化。伴随市场的不断开放和游戏规则的改变,中资银行正面临越来越多的挑战。为了使我国银行更好地适应入世后新的竞争形势,本文着力分析了目前我国商业银行面临的机遇和挑战。Over nearly two years since Chinese WTO entry, the competition of banking industry in China has taken on many new characteristics with foreign banks landing China one after another. A lot of subtle changes are happening to Chinese banks in terms of market share, asset flowing, and business scope as well. Along the increasing open market and the modified relevant rules, Chinese banks are facing more and more challenges. This paper, in order to help Chinese banks to cope with the brand-new competition situation, makes big efforts to analyze the opportunities and challenges facing them.
