摘　　要：清偿能力分析主要是通过一系列经济指标,考察建设项目在其经济计算期内各年的财务状况、资产的流动性及偿债能力,分析过程中要特别注意报表编制和指标计算的细节,以确保清偿能力分析的科学性,更好地为投资决策提供可靠依据。It's mainly through a set of economic norms to study constitution projects financial situation and assets liquidity and payoff capacity every year in its economic calculation period to make payoff capacity analysis. It should be paid special attention of details in drawing up report forms and calculating norms in order to ensure the analysis to be scientific and provide reliable basis for investigation decision.
