摘  要:目的 研究甘草黄酮对B16黑色素瘤细胞的作用,并与一些美白药物进行比较,探讨其美白的作用及安全性。方法 测定药物对体外培养的B16黑色素瘤细胞系的细胞活力、细胞酪氨酸酶活性及细胞内黑素含量的影响,并与氢醌、熊果苷及维生素C磷酸酯的结果比较。结果 几种化合物对B16细胞酪氨酸酶活性均有抑制作用,且呈浓度依赖性;药物作用后细胞黑素生成量显著减少。甘草黄酮和维生素C磷酸酯的细胞毒性较低,而氢醌和熊果苷具有明显的细胞毒性。结论 甘草黄酮有较强的抑制酪氨酸酶活性和黑素生成的作用,同时对黑素细胞的细胞毒性较低,是较为安全有效的美白药物。Purpose: To evaluate the effects of Glabridin on cultured B16 cells, compared with some whitening agents to discuss the effect of whiting and security. Methods: After B-16 melanoma cells were treated with Glabridin, the cell viability, tyrosinase activity and melanin content were measured respectively. The effects of Glabridin on B16 cells were compared with that of hydroquinone, arbutin and Ascorbic acid 2-phosphate. Results: All of them showed a concentration-dependent reduction in tyrosinase activity of B16 cells and melanin content was reduced significantly by them. Conclusions: Glabridin and Ascorbic acid 2-phosphate had low cytotoxicity. Hydroquinone and arbutin had significant cytotoxicity. Glabridin has low cytotoxicity; and showed a concentration-dependent reduction in tyrosinase activity, and melanogenesis; It may be used as safe and effective whiting agent.
