摘  要:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血浆神经肽Y水平变化及其意义。应用放射免疫分析法测定 34例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿及 12例对照组新生儿血浆水平变化。缺氧血性脑病患儿急性期血浆神经肽Y水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,中、重度缺氧缺血性脑病急性期患儿血浆神经肽Y水平显著高于恢复期 ;缺氧缺血性脑病惊厥组急性期血浆神经肽Y水平显著高于非惊厥组。血浆神经肽Y水平与惊厥发作持续时间呈正相关关系。血浆神经肽Y水平与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病脑损伤密切相关并与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病惊厥发作有关 ,可作为判断新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病惊厥发作的一项参考指标。To explore the changes of Serum neuropeptide Y in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Serum NPY levels in 34 HIE and 12 normal controls were measured by radioimmunoassay. The serum NPY levels of HIE in acute stage were significantly higher than those of controls (P<0.05). Serum NPY levels of moderate and severe HIE in acute stage were significantly higher than those in convalescence (P<0.01). There was a significantly positive correlation between serum NPY levels and time of continued seizure. NPY might be involved in the pathophysiological process of HIE and may yield scathing effects of cerebral injury in the acute stage. NPY should be considered as a approach to monitor seizure in HIE.
