喘乐宁气雾吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨喘乐宁气雾吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效 ,并与传统治疗方法对照进行比较。方法　 以喘乐宁 0 .2 5ml加生理盐水 1.75ml用空气压缩泵气雾吸入 ,每 6h 1次渐减 ,同时辅以控制感染、吸氧 ,静脉用皮质激素等治疗。 结果　喘乐宁气雾吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎显效时间短及总有效率明显比对照组高。疗程明显缩短 ,且无不良反应。 结论　喘乐宁气雾吸入佐治毛细支气管炎值得临床推广。Objective explore the effect of Chuanlenin in treating bronchiolitis and are compared with traditional methods.Methods Chuanlenin 0.25ml added with 1.75ml saline water,inhaled by air compress pump,1 time/6h,decrease the times gradually.At the same time,control infection.oxygen inhalation,iv cortical hormone.Results this method take effect in short time,total effective rate is obviously higher than that of control group,treatment course is short, no side-effects.Conclusion this method has exerllent effect and worth to be publicized clinically.
