摘 要:目的:探讨海南岛黎族不同支系的Y染色体特异性短串联重复序列遗传多态与差异。方法:采用PCR扩增Y-27H39基因座,变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测结果。结果:黎族3个支系289个男性个体的Y染色体特异性微卫星Y-27H39基因座发现4种等位基因,等位基因频率分布,在3个支系中均以194bp的频率为最高,分别是0.711、0.855和0.667。统计分析显示:杞黎与黎人群在DYS19位点的等位基因频率有显著性差异,而本地黎与杞黎无显著性差异。结论:本研究为我国人群Y染色体特异性STR的群体遗传学、法医学研究提供了可比性资料。Objective:To study the genetic polymorphism and population diversity of human short tandem repeat polymorphism(Y-STR)in Li ethnic groups of Hainan Island.Methods :Y-27H39gene loci were amplified and were analyzed by denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining.Results:The results showed that four alleles were observed in Y-27H39gene loci(190bp?194bp?198bp?202bp designated as alleles B?C?D?E respectively)of three Li subgroups from Haina Island.The allele C,frequency range from0.660~0.854,is predominant in three Li sub-groups.The pairwise comparison with Fisher's Exact test revealed that there existed significant differ-ence(P<0.01=in Y-27H39phenotype distribution between Qi Li and Ha Li populations.Conclu-sion:The preliminary study indicates a reference population for detecting male migration events and it should be useful in population genetic and forensic applications.
