摘 要:含油污泥是油田的重要污染源,含油污泥处理尤其是老化时间较长的含油污泥的处理尚无成熟的工艺。考察了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠和非离子表面活性剂聚氧乙烯月桂基醚的复配及碱的加入,对老化时间长达半年的含油污泥脱油率的影响。实验表明:搅拌温度70℃、搅拌强度为400r/min、搅拌时间40min、十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量分数为0 01%,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚的质量分数为0 01%时,脱油率达56 21%。Soil contaminated with oil during crude production and transmission was an important pollution source.Until recently,there had been little matured process to treat soil contaminated with oil,especially which had exposed to air for a long time.Studies were carried out at the oil removal rate of oil-contaminated soil having long aging period by addition of complex anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant.The laboratory tests demonstrated that 5621% de-oiling rate of oil-contaminated soil,which piled up for a time more than a half year,was obtained under the condition of agitation temperature 70℃,agitation time 40min,agitation speed 400r/min,concentration of anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant 001%,respectively.
