摘　　要：介绍了薄膜蒸发器配套用72%片碱生产装置的工艺流程、主要设备、设计计算和使用情况。该工艺用于由30%至72%碱液蒸发,可实现连续化生产,且改善了劳动条件,提高生产效率,获得的成品片碱质量较好。生产表明1套50m2外热式蒸发器生产72%片碱能力为1万t/a。The flow path,main equipment,design calculation and running situation of 72 wt% flake caustic soda production plant equiped with film evaporator were introduced.This process realized the continuous evaporation of caustic soda from 30 wt% to 72 wt%.Meanwhiles,the working condition was improved and flake caustic soda with high quality was produced with high production efficiency.The practical production proved that the capacity of a set of 50 m 2 evaporator with external heating unit was 10 thousand tons of 72 wt% flake caustic soda per year.
