摘　　要：介绍了安阳钢铁股份有限公司第四轧钢厂Φ130mm自动轧管机组改造前生产工艺中存在的主要问题,在进行了微张力减径工艺的技术改进后,增强了设备适应市场的能力,提高了产能水平和产品质量,优化了各项经济技术指标。Described at first in the article are the major problems relating to the technology of the φ130 mm plug pipe mill plant located at No.4 Steel Rolling Facility of Anyang I & S Co., Ltd. before the modification of the mill plant. Owing to the modification of the said pipe plant with the slight stretch reducing process, such advantages of the plant have been achieved, namely higher flexibility to the ever-changing market demand, higher capacity and better product quality as well as optimization of relevant economic-technical norms of the operation line.
