创伤性面神经麻痹的康复治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨经物理康复治疗后,创伤性面神经损伤的恢复过程。方法:创伤性面神经损伤14例,左侧8例,右侧5例,双侧1例;颅底骨折10例,5例出现短暂性昏迷,2例合并展神经损伤,1例合并展神经及视神经损伤,8例有眼干症状。外伤后当时出现面瘫8例,2—3天3例,4—6天3例。采用运动功能训练及中频电刺激方法治疗。结果:5例抬眉部分恢复及没有恢复,面部挛缩9例,联带运动11例,House-BrackmannⅠ型3例,Ⅲ型8例,Ⅳ型3例。结论:创伤性面神经损伤程度重,恢复时间长,后遗症及并发症发生率高。Objective:To explore the restoration processes of traumatic facial nerve injury through physical rehabilitation.Method:14patients with traumatic facial nerve palsy,8cases with left,5cases with right,1case with both sides,and5cases with coma,2cases with abducent nerve injury,1case with abducent nerve and optic nerve injury,8cases with dryness of eye,10cases with basicranial fracture,were included in our study.The facial palsy appeared immediately after trauma in8cases,2-3days in3cases,4-6days in3cases.The electrical stimulation and motor rehabilitation were used to treat the patients.Result:14patients were evaluated,Ⅰgrade in3cases,Ⅲgrade in8cases,Ⅳgrade in3cases by House-Brackmann.The partial or no raising eyebrow in4cases,face contracture in9cases and synkinesis in11cases were found.Conclusion:Traumatic facial nerve palsy has severe facial nerve injury,long restoration processes,severe sequela and complications.
