摘 要:针对河南油田各类套损井不断增加,现有成型工具无法完成该类井井下措施施工等问题,研制了外径仅为95mm的小直径堵水管柱。经11口井的现场应用证明,该技术能有效应用于套管内径为97~139.7mm的套管变形井、套管整形加固井进行分层堵水生产;同时该管柱也可在油层内连续射孔段上进行堵水生产。主要介绍了管柱的结构组成、工艺原理、管柱特点及现场应用效果等。A water shutoff string with only 95mm in diameter has been developed to resolve the problems, which Henan Oilfield is facing at present, of increasing damaged cased wells in which some downhole treatment operations could be not carried out. After the string was put into the test in the fields, the results of 11 tests show that this technology may be used effectively for separate layer water control in casing deformation wells and repaired casing wells with 97 to 139mm of inner diameters. In addition, it can be utilized for water shutoff and production in continuous perforated interval in a inter-zone. This paper mainly describes the structure, the working principle, the features and the field's results of the water shutoff string.
