摘  要:采用大田群体试验条件,研究了UV-B增加对小麦叶片衰老及灌浆过程的影响。结果表明,UV-B强度增加,小麦灌浆初期的绿叶面积和叶绿素含量显著降低,但UV-B强度增加对绿叶面积和叶绿素含量下降的速率并无显著的影响;小麦灌浆进程略推后,但并未出现提前结束灌浆及早衰的趋势。表明在大田群体条件下,UV-B增加并未显著加速灌浆期小麦的衰老过程;小麦在大田群体条件下和实验室内单株或单叶条件下对UV-B增加的反应是有显著区别的。The effect of enhanced UV-B radiation on senescence and milking of wheat under the community condition was investigated. The results showed that enhanced UV-B radiation decreased both leaf area and chlorophyll content significantly, but does not show significant influence on the decreased rate of leaf area and chlorophyll content in the grain at milk stage of wheat. The results also showed that enhanced UV-B radiation may postpone the milk stage of wheat, but the stage does not terminate earlier than the control. All these results indicate that enhanced UV-B radiation does not show significant influence on the senescence and milking of wheat under the community condition.
