摘　　要：结合乙烯工程制苯装置改造监理过程中质量控制内容,制定质量控制目标和实施细则,对如何做好技术改造的质量控制作了初步探讨,分析了各阶段影响工程质量的主要因素,制定出一套行之有效的质量控制方法。This article makes preliminary discussion on quality control on the stage of engineering design, supply of material and equipment, preparation of construction, in the process of construction, completion of construction incorporating with the contents and subjective of quality control, as well as detail rules of implementation in the construction supervision of benzene plant for BYPC ethylene project, analyses the main factors which will have impact to the project quality of various stages and finally develops a effective method of quality control.
