摘 要:以废弃聚苯乙烯 (PS)为原料 ,在 3 5 0~ 45 0℃下进行催化裂解。裂解产物经净化、蒸馏后 ,在 40~ 60℃下 ,以无水AlCl3(用量为原料的 0 .4%~ 0 .6% )为催化剂 ,低温聚合 4~ 6h。终止反应后 ,水洗脱除催化剂并蒸除未聚合组分 ,得到琥珀色的PS石油树脂。PS石油树脂与以C9为原料的商品石油树脂的IR谱图相似。PS石油树脂的色号为 11~ 12 ,软化点为 72 .5℃ ,pH值为 6.3 9。聚合反应收率为 2 0 .3 %~ 2 3 .8%。Waste polystyrene (PS) was catalytically cracked at the temperature range of 350-450°C. The product was purified and fractionated, the 134-154°C fraction of which was polymerized in the presence of anhydrous A1Cl3 (0.4%-0.6%) as the catalyst and at the temperature of 40-60°C for 4-6 h. The catalyst was removed after polymerization by water-washing, and the unpolymerized portion was distilled out. The IR spectrum of the amber petroleum resin prepared from waste PS was similar to that of the market available petroleum resin made from C9, The yield of the obtained petroleum resin was nearly 20.3%-23.8% with softening point of 72.5°C, colourity of 11-12 and pH of 6.39.
