摘　　要：　二氢 β 紫罗兰酮经KBH4还原成二氢 β 紫罗兰醇,经30%H2O2/醋酐 甲酸环氧后环化脱水,得质量比为55∶45的茶螺烷和6 亚甲基茶螺烷混和物,经叔丁醇钾异构化,6h后达平衡,平衡值为m(茶螺烷):m(6 亚甲基茶螺烷)=70∶30。Treatment of dihydroβionone with potassium borohydride gave good yields of dihydroβionol. Epoxidation of dihydroβionol using 30% H2O2 and acetic anhydrideformic acid, followed by cyclization and dehydration in the presence of potassium bisulfate obtained a mixture of theaspirane and 6methylene theaspirane (55∶45), which was isomerized with potassium tertbutoxide in tertbutyl alcohol. The latter changed partly into the former.
