甲基立枯磷在油菜中的残留动态研究

摘　　要：将 2 0 %甲基立枯磷乳油施于油菜中 ,采用气相色谱分析技术研究甲基立枯磷在油菜叶片及油菜籽中的残留降解情况。结果表明 :(1 )甲基立枯磷在油菜叶片中的降解分为物理为主和化学为主两个阶段 ,降解过程分别符合不同的Ct=C0 e-kt方程。其在油菜叶片中的半衰期在 1d以内。 (2 )当甲基立枯磷用量按有效成分计为 90 0～ 1 80 0 g/hm2 时 ,每季油菜用两次 (间隔 1 0d) ,最后一次施药距收获时间为 35d时 ,甲基立枯磷在油菜籽中的残留量小于 2× 1 0 - 5mg/kg。The residue and degradation of tolclofos-methyl was studied by gas chromatography after 20% tolclofos-methyl EC had been applied to the rape field.The results are as follow: (1) The degradation of tolclofos-methyl in the rape leaves includes two phases: physical degradation and chemical degradation.There could be described with the different equation: Ct=Co*e -kt ,the half life of them no longer than 1 day in rape leaves.(2) When 900-1800g/hm 2 of tolclofos-methyl (a.i.) was applied 45 days and 35 days before the harvest,the residue of tolclofos-methyl was less than 2×10 -5 mg/kg in the rape-seed.
