摘　　要：砂状氧化铝项目是中国铝业公司改善氧化铝产品质量、提高市场竞争力的重大技术改造项目 ,在山西分公司有 3个砂状氧化铝技术改造项目同时施工 ,与生产交叉进行 ,时间紧、任务重、技术含量高、点多面广 ,安全管理难度很大 ,但通过采取有效措施 ,就能够保证砂状氧化铝技改项目安全稳定、顺利地进行。The technical innovation projects of sandy alumina is significant for China Aluminium Group to improve the quality of the products and market competition.The three projects of technical innovation are carried out with the production at the same time and so with short time,hard task,high technological contents and difficult safety management,but the projects can be guaranteed to be carried out steadily and smoothly by adopting effective measures.
