摘　　要：提前期在库存管理中起着重要作用。对提前期可以控制调整与服务水平联合约束的库存问题进行研究 ,并提出一种算法 ,利用该算法可以寻找出在一定服务水平下 ,库存系统总成本最小的最优策略 ,实例计算表明 。Lead time plays an important role in inventory management. This paper deals with the inventory problem with controllable lead time and service level mixed constraints. An algorithm is developed to search inventory policy minimizing the long run average cost subject to service level constraints. At last the algorithm is illustrated with an example. The results indicate that the algorithm can effectively solve the problem better.
