转鼓涂布大颗粒尿素生产新工艺

摘　　要：详细介绍了利用内返科、内冷却、内分级、内筛分的新型转鼓涂布大颗粒尿素生产新工艺及造粒设备。生产结果表明 ,该工艺生产的产品总氮含量≥ 46 .5 %、缩二脲含量≤ 0 .9%、含水量≤ 0 .3%、粒度 (2～ 4mm)≥ 95 %、颗粒强度≥ 70N/颗、球形度≥ 95 %,合格率高 ,具有工艺流程短、投资省、成本低、能耗低及对环境友好等特点。A description is given in detail of the granulator and the process for the production of coated urea granules in a new type of rotary drum with internal recycle, internal cooling, internal classification and internal screening. The production results show that the product by the process has a total nitrogen content of ≥46.5%, biuret content of≤0.9%, moisture of 0.3%, particle size(2～4 mm) of ≥95%, granule strength of ≥70 N/granule, sphericity of ≥95%, high yield, and the advantages are short process flow, low investment, low cost, low energy consumption and environmental friendliness.
