摘 要:用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)观察了包膜层的表面和剖面形貌 ,用热重分析法 (TGA)测定了包膜层中聚合物的含量 ,用桐油包膜尿素落重冲击前后养分溶出百分率和养分溶出时间的变化 ,描述了其耐冲击性能。结果表明 ,桐油渗入尿素颗粒的多孔表面并经热固化后形成了连续和良好附着的包膜。桐油 /E3 和桐油 /E1系列包膜尿素包膜层中的聚合物含量分别为 90 %和 75 %~ 80 % ,养分释放时间分别可达到 72 0~ 84 0h和 2 4 0~ 2 88h ,经受冲击后的养分释放时间保持率分别为 5 7%~ 5 8%和 6 7%~ 90 %。The surface and section topography of tung oil-coated urea granule was studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and the polymer content in coated layer of the tung oil-coated urea was also studied by thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA).Impact resistance of tung oil-coated urea was evaluated by comparing the changes of the nutrient dissolution percent and nutrient-lapsed time of the sample before and after the drop-weight impact. The results show that tung oil could penetrate into the porous surface of the urea granule and form solid tenacious polymer film strongly bonded to the porous surface of urea granule by heat curing. For the coated urea numbered as tung oil/E 3 series with 90% polymer content in its coating layer and tung oil/E 1 series with 75%~80% polymer content in its coating layer ,its nutrient-lapsed time amounted to 720~840 hours and 240~288 hours respectively,its nutrient lapsed-time retention reduced to 57%~58% and 67%~90% respectively after drop-weight impact .
