摘　　要：分析了酸卸车系统存在的泵与管路的匹配、鹤管真空损失、酸腐蚀等技术问题 ,提出了鹤管的改进、卸车泵更新、真空系统水封、管路系统改进等保证真空能力的具体措施 ,实现了全自动、密闭卸车作业 ,最大限度地满足安全、快卸、底料少的要求。This article analyzes the existing technical problems in the acid unloading system, such as matching of pump and pipeline, vacuum loss in the pipe and corrosion-proof.Some detailed improving methods like innovation of loading arm, renewal of unloading pump, water seal in the vacuum system and improvement of the pipeline system,etc,are proposed.
