摘　　要：专用性与不确定性共同导致了相同素质劳动力价格的差别 ,且专用性人力资本的工资由进入行业的主观概率。It is the exclusiveness and uncertainty that leads to the difference in the price of labor of the same quality, and the wage of exclusive human capital is determined commonly by the subjective probability of the profession the enter, the transfer cost, and the wage rate of the general human capital.
