摘　　要：针对目前山西省经济增长质量的现状和存在的问题 ,提出提高山西经济增长质量的若干政策性建议 ,包括稳步实施制度创新、有效进行结构调整、大力开展技术创新。Towards the current conditions and existing problems, the essay puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the quality of the economic growth in Shanxi province, including: steadily implementing institution innovation, effectively conducting structure readjustment, carrying out technical innovation, stressing the role of human capital in the economic growth, and etc.
